I was depressed for a good year and a half at the time. I had a loss of appetite and that’s how my weight dropped so quickly. 1 month? No. I lost a good portion of my weight in about 3 months or 4 months. I don’t know when it all started or when it all stopped. Simply because I didn’t notice I lost weight to begin with. When you’re depressed, you don’t notice the harm it’s already done to your body. Physically, and mentally.

Now I’m happy. Completely happy. I’ve gained only a little of that weight back but have remained very healthy since then. I don’t recommend much diets to lose weight because I still eat what I want, and lose weight too. But definitely aerobics!
